3. Preparing annual, systematic and specialized training plans (internal and external training).
4. Oversee the implementation of the training plan during the year according to the training programs included in the plan for the year.
5. Writing annual, semi-annual, monthly and semi-monthly reports.
6. Follow up the training programs implemented through the institutions, institutions and training centers to conduct the evaluation process.
7. Opening internal and external training opportunities for internal auditors.
8. Find new ways and means of sophisticated training process.
9. Rehabilitation of specialized training centers.
